Easily the best hotel in Toronto. Awesome location, awesome room/amenities, awesome restaurant, but the highlight is the amazing service we received. Every little detail was to perfection. My husband and I travel often and I could literally think of no complaints. I would say this is probably one of the best hotels we’ve been to in all of our worldly travels. Worth every penny. We’ll be back to Toronto because of this hotel!
We've stayed at several five-star hotels in Toronto, and The Hazelton is going to be our first choice from now on. Like other hotels in the Yorkville area, the hotel is clean, luxurious, and has fantastic amenities. And while I find this hotel one of the most beautiful, where The Hazelton pulls away from the rest is in their customer service. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Sarah, in particular, made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the future.
Good service. People working there are really friendly and helpful. I just loved the food there, it was really delicious, so yummy. Awesome chef. Overall it was perfect weekend getaway. The balconies are good to look outside in evenings. Would love to stay again.
