I have only positive praise and kudos for the Sheraton. Even with challenging situations in Ottawa they are there as a business and are not caving to government pressure. Offering help and support to Canadians. Thank you! Keep up the awesome work! Will stay there anytime!

I was there for the freedom convoy this weekend and I just wanted to say the hotel staff were absolutely amazing!! Also, the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever had in a hotel….like seriously that mattress, amazing! Large rooms, I did not spend much time in hotel as I was out shouting for freedom but you guys were amazing!!

The reception staff and management are the most caring, altruistic and loving people. Extremely professional and professional. They care about people and and do an amazing job at going above and beyond.
