You can do better. Was greeted by a very unenthusiastic concierge who managed to crack a smile at the end of the brief conversation. All the rooms are on the first four floors facing the bridge or an alley. Beds are comfy but stay tuned for your wake up call. Mine was heavy concrete grinding at 7:30am shaking my windows. The cement grinding forced me out of my room. The concierge dismissed my query into what industrial alarm was waking me up. “Oh that’s just one of the other buildings doing some work”. Take a look at the office chair in the back room from the front desk… come on guys. Spring for a chair that doesn’t look like a Rottweilers chew toy. This speaks volume on how you run a business. For the price, get a room somewhere else that’s high above possible industrial ground shaking alarms and less than professional staff.

The location is just fantastic. With parking included it definitely worth it. The room was clean and nice city view. The bathroom is brand new luxury feels. The staff were great. I only give 4 stars because the rooftop wasn’t clean, I know I stayed in a cold season and most people don’t use the rooftop but still, it’d be a nice picture taken spot. I’ll definitely check them out again anytime I go back to Vancouver.

Decent hotel, especially for the price compared to everywhere else. Convenient location, 10-15 min walk from city centre, close to subway station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Had to have room changed due to a heater and vent issue, staff were helpful. Can't complain. Not the most ideal place for amenities but they're not necessary if you're spending your time outdoors, which you should be
