the girl at the reception gave us the smallest room. I have been to days inn at other locations and they have been great but this one was not good. I told her we are 5 people includding a 2 month old infant but still she gave us the smallest room with smallest washroom. At beginning I asked her at reception if they have a big room? She said thats all we have and trust me the parking lot hardly had 4 or 5 cars. I t was not a good experience this time
I had a great stay at the hotel. Was there for around 4 days and the hotel staff, especially Bhumika at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. They got us a very comfortable room in the ground floor which was really convenient for us considering we had a lot of luggage and everyone at the hotel made sure that we were taken care of.
Pictures are very misleading. Paid double the rates for an upgraded room only to be disappointed it looked nothing like the pictures completely different layout and the furniture were all worn with paint missing, tables had stains all over. Not worth what I paid for considering more upscale hotels have standard rooms that are way nicer and costs way less.
