At only 4pm there was questionable clientele loitering outback and in the front foyer. The hotel smells musty and housekeeping sprays way too much febreeze to try to combat that. The bathroom tap dripped nonstop, the carpet was clearly dirty. The environment was unsafe and dirty. At checkout I was charged for towels because of a little bit of dirt that would EASILY wash out. I will not be staying here again. Definitely bring your own towels! The only good thing was the comfortable bed that you can find at other hotels that are both more safe and clean

UPDATE!! Room keys last 2 hours now. And while packing up the truck, which is right out the door, we were robbed. All valuables gone. 2 cartons of smokes. Passports. Money. Wedding rings. Power cords. They took all the bags available. Not even 30 seconds between loads. Doors closed. Good gravy they knew what they were doing! Told the front desk. Shoulder shrug. Awesome! Worst hotel ever!

The hotel was severely understaffed. There was one girl working when we arrived and she mentioned that she was new. Poor management to leave this girl to work on her own the night before Halloween. The lobby was full! People are here from out of town to see shows, attend parties, see family.. I think it's safe to assume you'd need more staff. After she left there was one guy and he was constantly on the phone, running around like a chicken with its head cut off. He did not have access or time to get any of the guest what they needed. I cannot stress enough that I do not blame the staff.. I blame management for not staffing properly. The staff did their best with what they had. Also I appreciate the white linens but if the bleach isn't getting the stains out anymore it's time for new linens.
