Very nice employees and the guy who works the desk at night is amazing!!! Clean rooms and i just can’t get enough of the staff. So nice!! Will definitely be back!!! Thanks to staff who were working while I had my stay! You all played a huge part in making it perfect!! Just what I needed! 🥰

Excellent service, friendly, and very hospitable. Sharyl was the host and she helped us with anything we needed, friendly greeting, and was great with other guests; five stars for her and would come back. The room was great and great view. Comfortable rest as well, great location!

Very bad experience! The room was frozen cold, tried to contact front desk to get it resolved, every time was promised that someone is coming to rectify but no one ever came! The staff seems to be overwhelmed and over worked and looks like has been years they smiled ever...the hotel is overpriced looking at the kind of rooms and the room air conditioners, seems they are still using those from 1970s. Was surprised when I was informed that there is no temperature control inside the room, you have to call up the front desk to set the room temperature!! Regarding the room, found hair on the towel, the bedsheets not clean at all, had to request for tea bags and was literally ordered to come to front desk and pick it...when your prices are among highest, the least one can expect is some teabags and sugar in room to prepare tea. But seems it's a cheap strategy to not to place tea pouch etc to save few bucks as not everyone will go to frontdesk to get a teabag. Overall, very very bad experience, would not recommend!
