Horrible customer service, had an issue where a cheque came out of our account which was not supposed to, called to get the money back and to cancel the cheque, on day number 3 of waiting for the money to come back and still nothing. But when I called to cancel the cheque they said it’ll cost $12.50 to put a stop on it, that money was taken out immediately. They’re quick to take money from you, but take their time to give you your hard earned money back. There is no direct line to contact the branch which I find ridiculous. I called the customer care and they said to contact the branch directly.
Good service bank 🏦 only issue I have is the long line ups, not enough tellers on afternoon busiest times are afternoon's.
One of the worst banking experiences I have experienced. They are horrible at responding and don't seem to have any knowledgeable staff. I hope to close out all accounts asap.
