After reading all of the poor reviews on this place as far as the food goes, I was TERRIFIED of going. To my surprise, it was an awesome stay!! The grounds are breathtaking and you can tell a LOT of time, care, and money has gone into the landscaping. Our room was OK. My only complaint was that the bed was pretty hard- after 3 nights my shoulders were sore from sleeping on my side and the doors were not sealed. There was about an inch gap between our room and the room next door and our bed was extremely squeaky so I felt really really really bad for the people next door having to listen to our bed squeak at night while we were doing night time activities… other than that, it was great. The beach was beautiful- there are several highly annoying men that harass and holler at you by the shoreline to buy conch shells and weed. They cannot come up past the shoreline though. But if you do not come down to them, they scream at you for 30 min. Not even kidding, I put in headphones and closed my eyes and pretended not to hear him and he straight hollered at me for 32 minutes straight. After that we only went to the pool and the hot tub. The food was awesome!!!! There were a lot of bad reviews on the food so I was worried but for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there were soooo many choices. For breakfast there were really good breakfast potatoes every day and a lady making fresh made to order omelets and dinner had a huge selection of all sorts of foods ranging from salads and fruits to fried rice, meats, etc. We made reservations for the gourmet Viva restaurant as well for one night and that was top tier! Overall I was extremely pleased with our stay.

Loved our time here. Four nights was the perfect amount and the staff kept us busy with their wonderful entertainment and games. Food was okay, better at the restaurants vs the buffet. Getting fresh bath/ hand towels daily got frustrating. Overall a great experience and would definitely go back.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! STAY AWAY!! Installations are not what you will expect on a 5 stars Hotel...I still wonder who rate them as a 5 stars. In the real life, it is a 3 stars or less...the service is horrible...the waitress doesn't provide the best service...once you are inside the Installation you will feel frustrated and as a second category can't get the drinks you want at the bar because not all drinks are allowed for all guests just some of them!! Even when it was an all inclusive package..but, nobody asked if I was willing to pay for the drinks!!! Just "NO" AS AN ANSWER!!! I deducted the drinks are on display...I asked them and the response I got was "These are only for time share costumers"...I just freaked out 😳. They offer the drinks in plastic cups and the cups are dirty. I've been in here a couple of hours and I just want to leave. I haven't try theirs restaurants...Unbelievable!! I'm updating the review..There were leaking on the roof inside the restaurant and lobby-bar, few offers at lunch and food was cold...the girl at the bar has terrible costumer service and for sure she was overwhelmed or upset...I asked her for a coffee and I realized that she was upset for the way she looked at me...We decided to go to the beach for some relaxing and we were kicked out from the chairs at the beach with the excuse of "THE CHAIRS WERE FOR TIME SHARE COSTUMERS" I can understand when the beach is fully you will want to save spots for potential time share costumers but "NOT THIS CASE" the beach was empty because of the rain "Just 9 peoples around"...this place is been the worst place I had ever visited. I'm frustrated for the money I spent with them.
