My only complaint: the unit and furnishings of the unit we stayed in were quite dated and the mattresses were pretty hard. However, the price was right. Overall great experience. Staff is responsive and helpful. Property is overall very nice with pretty spectacular sunrises from our room every morning. Very nice screened in porch, but air flow wasn’t quite enough to dry gear overnight. Reef out front is an easy dive. Having a Dive Friends right next door was exceptionally helpful as there were tanks available to dive the house reef, equipment tanks and storage as well as a plethora of tanks to take with you for diving other spots. Also, getting hooked up with Dive Friends is great because they have lots of locations to trade in your tanks if you’re diving 4/5 dives a day.

The location is great -- the reef out front is beautiful, the parking is convenient, and most of all, the staff is superb! My particular unit was not the best maintained on the property (but the price was right). The staff was there to fix issues before I even got back to the unit from the front office! I've been a devoted Divi guest for years and years, but Sanddollar turned out to be a strong competitor! The only thing I would have appreciated was on-site equipment rinsing and storage. Dive Friends is great, but I wasn't using them because I was working on a project with someone else. It was a little awkward washing my gear in the shower, but the screened in porch worked fine for drying and storing.

Stayed in two different Condos and enjoyed a very relaxing holiday. Most have or are being updated. Restaurants are close, dive shops also are close. Snorkel or dive in front of condo complex. Staff is helpful and friendly.
