Good standard rooms and value for money with excellent guest service. One of the housekeeping staff named Mehedi was outstanding and prompt in making the room every time I requested.
The only things I would say didn’t match the rest of the hotel are the lack of a dedicated recreation space and the limited TV channels.
Our stay was awesome. Nice place to stay. Shakhawat is very nice person. He does nice cleaning and he speaks very politely. I will give 5 stars to this hotel. Everything is good, price and breakfast is also good.
Loved my stay in Citymax Sharjah hotel. This is my second visit in last 10 months but I will have to say they have always made it comfortable. I would like to give special thanks to the room service guy name “Mehedi” who was really sweet and professional and knows his job well. I would suggest to give him raise and support in his future careers. Kudos to the whole house keeping team( Krishna and team) Thanks!!! 😃😃
